With extensive experience across the UK bridge and civil infrastructure sector, Lawrence brings a hands-on, people-focused approach to leadership, ensuring schemes are shaped early, risks are understood and managed, and delivery teams are set up for success.
Under Lawrence’s leadership, Spencer Bridge Engineering continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted delivery partner, working closely with clients through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to mitigate risk, drive value and deliver complex bridge engineering projects with confidence.
