This enables us to assess feasibility and constructability early, identify risks before they escalate and develop practical, efficient and fully deliverable solutions tailored to complex bridge infrastructure, including constrained or live operational sites.

Through collaborative optioneering, technical analysis and buildability reviews, we support informed decision-making at every stage. Our teams focus on managing risk, optimising sequencing and ensuring that access, temporary works and operational requirements are fully embedded within the design process, helping clients avoid unnecessary disruption and future maintenance complications.

Following completion of the ECI phase, projects can proceed through a traditional tender route or transition smoothly into delivery aligned with agreed scope, budget and long-term asset objectives.
